This is the first time SECC Youth Ministries is hosting a youth leadership training for all of our Children, Adventurer, Pathfinder, Youth & Young Adult Leaders at one time in one location. The training received at this convention will equip our leaders as we ask them to Gear Up for doing ministry in their churches and community. We are praying that through this convention...

SECC Youth Ministries Leadership Convention is being held at the Ontario Convention Center, California, between LA and San Bernardino. Ontario Convention Center is at the appex of four major freeways: 15, 210, 60 and 10, and only two blocks away from the Ontario International Airport. Select Google maps to the right for directions. Parking at the Ontraio Convention center is an additional $9 per day without in and out privileges.

Lodging is available at the Ayres Hotel & Suites located adjacent to the Ontario Convention Center for an additional fee - $89 per night, four to six persons in a room. Select the Ayres Hotel & Suites image to book your room reservations. When booking online, you must select the 'room type' even though there is only one option available to activate your reservation.
Rates include:

- Complimentary Wireless Internet Access throughout the entire hotel and questrooms

SECC Youth Ministries is in the process of accepting submissions for exhibitors/sponsors for this upcoming event. There are two ways that you can be an exhibitor/sponsor. The first and more benefical option would be to become a Partner in Ministry (P.I.M.). As a P.I.M., we are asking for $3,000. The benefits of this include the following:
- Your ministry logo in our posters and participant handbooks.
- 7-10 minutes of face time during one of our general sessions.
- Two vendor spaces
- Two admission tickets that will include meals/refreshments in our general sessions and access to over 100 seminars; additional persons will be subject to registration cost.
The second option would be to host a vendor booth in our Exhibit Hall. This would cost $295. The benefits of this would include the following:
- One single table display
- One admission ticket that will include meals/refreshments in our general sessions and access to over 100 seminars; additional persons will be subject to registration costs.
Whichever your choose, your company will have the opportunity to interact with over 800 leaders from SECC and other surrounding conferences.
When submitting a request to be an exhibitor/sponsor, you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Sign and submit by faxing to (951) 509-2399. Because of the limited space, SECC Youth Ministries reserves the right to deny requests we feel does not benefit the leaders attending this event.
